We facilitate creative processes for people who feel they don't belong anywhere, who fear of taking space for themselves, who don't feel heard and seen, who body shame themselves, who struggle to make big decisions, towards growth and empowerment through video storytelling, somatic movement, and socially engaged art.

We encourage to express what is not allowed to express, to feel what is suppressed or restricted, to meet our deepest self, to face our core wounds, to dig in the dirt, to face our inner darkness, to embrace disowned parts.

We foster sharing, expression, and healing through art and creativity, video storytelling, somatic work, education programs, and other integrative holistic practices.

A Creative Exploration
Step into a heart-centered space where personal stories, socially engaged art, and somatic movement come together to create something meaningful. In this interactive workshop, you'll explore how to tell your story with authenticity, use diverse creative tools, and connect your voice to a wider movement for social impact.
If we do not take ownership of our stories, if we keep silencing ourselves, if we keep disowning aspects of selves we create continuous feelings of disempowerment which in reverse has tremendous damage on our individual and collective well being.
We are all born creative and it is our birthright to create and tell stories, and use stories as medicine which contributes to individual and collective healing.
